Experience the best of both worlds on a 5-Day South
African safari consisting of 2 legs with two nights at each leg.
On the first leg you visit the vast 2-million hectare Kruger
National Park with its rugged African splendour and exceptional
opportunity for wild life sightings. The Kruger Park is "Big, Bold &
Beautiful".
On the second leg you transfer to the 55 000 hectare Sabi Sand
Private "Big 5" Reserve adjoining the unfenced western boundary of
the Kruger National Park. Private lodges located within this game
reserve are renowned for their hospitality and high quality
accommodation and cuisine. Here is the opportunity to experience
everything "up close and personal" that comes with off-road game
viewing in an open 4x4 Land Rover.

Elephant Plains Game Lodge and Nkorho Bush Camp.

1st Leg - Kruger National Park:
Normal 3-Day Kruger Park safari.
2nd leg - Luxury Sabi Sand Private Reserve:
Accommodation in luxury en-suite, air-conditioned chalet at a selected game lodge.
Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner.
Early morning game drive and late afternoon / night game drive (using a powerful spotlight).
Bush walks.
Daily activities for the 5 Day Itinerary:
Day 1
You are collected at Johannesburg Intl. Airport for the transfer to the Kruger Park by air-conditioned
Minibus - travelling time +- 5-hours. Midway through the journey we
take a break for the restroom and to purchase refreshments. After
arriving at
our rest camp in Kruger Park we check into our accommodation, have a
quick lunch then depart on a late afternoon game drive returning to
camp just before the camp gates close for the night. Freshen up for
dinner.
Day 2
Camp gates open for the early morning game drive.
Tea or coffee before departing on the morning game drive in an Open Safari Vehicle.
Breakfast at a convenient location.
Late morning game drive until about 11:30.
Leisure time to relax during the heat of the day or go for a swim in the sparkling swimming pool.
15:30 late afternoon game drive returning to camp just before the
camp gates close for the night. Freshen up for dinner.
Day 3
Camp gates open for the early morning game drive. Tea or
coffee before departing on the morning game drive. Breakfast on the
road.
Continue with the game drive until 10:00 then load luggage for the
2-half hour trip to the Sabi Sand arriving in time for lunch. Explore the camp or relax in your room until taking tea & cake before the late afternoon / night game drive.
Sunset drinks in the bush. Return to camp for dinner next to a log fire under the African stars.
Day 4
Early wake up call for tea/coffee and biscuits before the morning game drive. Return to camp for breakfast after which a bush walk is offered to those energetic enough. The one hour walk is accompanied by an armed ranger. After lunch there is time to relax in your room or cool off in the spash pool. Make ready for the late afternoon / night game drive. Return to camp for dinner in the boma.
Day 5
Early wake up call for tea/coffee and biscuits before the final morning game drive. After breakfast we prepare for the return trip to your destination, airport or hotel. Lunch en-route before arriving back at approximately 17:00 - 18:00.
